Microworks Technology Limited ("Microworks") agrees to provide repair services for the above terms and conditions within the valid product warranty period. Both Customer and Microworks agree to the above terms and conditions.

A) Limited Warranty

1. The product warranty period shall commence on the date of purchase. A valid purchase invoice and warranty card should be presented during the warranty period.
2. If the product is used in a normal environment and fails to operate due to a defect in design, material or workmanship, Microworks will be responsible for repair service or replacement of the product with an equivalent grade.
3. All products distributed by Microworks come with a valid warranty card, please check if the product comes with a valid warranty card.
4. Please do not tear the void label of the product as this will cause the warranty service to expire.
5. Microworks does not provide home delivery, on-site installation and repair services.
6. The warranty service is valid and applicable in Hong Kong SAR only.
7. Customers will be charged HK$50 inspection fee when the product is out of the warranty period. Customer will be charged for replacement parts according to each manufacturer's requirements.
8. Customers will accept the warranty terms when taking advantage of Microworks' repair service.
9. Warranty service is void if the product does not meet the terms and conditions of the warranty.

The warranty service is subject to the following conditions:

B) Restrictive Policies
1. Customer cannot present a valid warranty card and purchase invoice.
2. Invalid label has been modified, interfered with or damaged.
3. The product code and serial number of the product and warranty card are invalid.
4. The product has been damaged by improper handling, improper storage, misuse or abuse, accident or negligence; contact with liquids, water, rain, extreme humidity or large amounts of sweat, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat or food.
5. Defects or damage to the product resulting from service, testing, adjustment, installation, maintenance, alteration or modification.
6. Defects or damage to the Products caused by natural disasters such as fire, flood disasters, earthquakes, war and other natural disasters.
7. Products that are not Microworks' products.
8. When you purchase our products and use our warranty service, this means that you have read, understood and agreed to accept these terms in their entirety.
C) Limited Liability
1. Customers should back up their personal data. Microworks is not responsible for loss of data (such as flash cards and hard drives), product repair or replacement due to defects in any memory product.
2. Microworks is only responsible for inspection and repair services. We are not responsible for retrieving and backing up data during the repair service.
3. This product must be used with legacy, industry standard equipment that meets recommended industry standards. Microworks shall not be liable for damages resulting from product failure due to third party equipment. Microworks shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or incidental damages, loss of profits, loss of business investment, loss of reputation or interference with business relationships due to loss of data. These limitations do not apply to the extent that they are unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law.
4. Microworks shall not be liable to consumers or any third party for any consequential, indirect or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of business investment, loss of reputation, and/or interference with business relationships. Microworks shall not be liable if its products cause any damage or failure to other equipment.
5. All Microworks' products are consumer products and are not recommended for any medical purpose.
6. Products should be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment and Microworks is not responsible for damage during shipment.
7. We are not responsible for any defects, damage or loss of data resulting from delivery for repair/replacement under any circumstances.
8. We may have access to data and information stored in the Product ("Customer Information") and may become aware of its contents in the course of performing this warranty service. We hereby agree that we will not disclose any Customer Information to any third party without your prior written consent, except to our employees who need access to Customer Information in order to provide you with this Warranty.
9. We strongly recommend that you back up all data on your product on a regular basis. We are not responsible for damage to or loss of any programs or data stored on the failed product, nor are we responsible for data recovery, backups, or any costs incurred as a result.
10. We strongly recommend that you delete all/sensitive data on the storage device before sending the product for testing.
D) Return Authorization Guidelines
1. Within 7 days of purchase
Microworks' authorized resellers will provide a free replacement of the equivalent product with the purchase invoice and complete packaging according to the reseller's terms.
2. 7 days after purchase, during the warranty period
During the warranty period, customers can enjoy technical support services or replacement of defective products with a valid warranty card and invoice. During the warranty period, customers will not be charged for labor or replacement parts for defective products. If the defective product is not in stock, the customer can upgrade the product with the difference in price.
